O. Wallingford, owns 230 acres. Born in Genesee Co., N. Y., Sept. 2, 1825; at an early age, his parents removed to Pennsylvania; resided there until 1865; he then immigrated to this place, and has lived here ever since. Has been married twice; first, to Mary W. OSTROM; she died in January 1854; left one child - Emily; she is married, and at present resides in Indiana. His second marriage was with Harriet A. HULLAR Jan. 21, 1858, in Pennsylvania; have two children by this union - Ella May and Milo E. Has held the office of Road Commissioner and Postmaster, the former six and a half years, and the latter four years.
