O. New Lenox; was born in Rhode Island, May 10, 1821; came to this State in 1869, and settled in New Lenox, where he now resides; his farm consists of 113 acres, valued at $7,000. He was married Dec. 31, 1852, to Miss Phobe FELPS, who was born in Columbia Co., N. Y., Feb. 16, 1829; they have had three children - Sarah E., Mary A., and Phebe F. Mr. CROSS, previous to his coming to this State, held the offices of Township Clerk and Assessor several terms in Rotterdam Twp., New York State.
