Naperville; this gentleman was born in Lancaster Co., Penn., Dec. 21, 1814, and is the son of George EICHELBERGER, of Lancaster Co., Penn., who was a farmer here; Mr. EICHELBERGER was brought up on a farm and farmed it through life; in 1848, he came West to Illinois and purchased fifty-four acres of land, paying $200 for the same; he returned East, and, in 1852, with his wife and two children, came to Will Co., IL, and settled in Wheatland Twp.; here he has remained ever since; been engaged in farming, and, with hard labor and good management, to-day owns a fine, improved farm, 276 acres.
