Seth GIBLER, farmer, Sec. 10; P. O. Joliet; was born in Scioto Co, Ohio, April 2, 1839. He 
married Miss Mary BROWN Feb. 11, 1862; she was born in this township Feb. 11, 1842; they have 
two children, viz., Bertram W. and Oscar. He lived in Ohio about fourteen years, when he came 
to Will Co, IL, and lived with Mr. Gabriel NOEL until he was 21; he then engaged in farming, in 
company with Mr. W. Z. BROWN, for two years, when, on being married, he came to his present 
place; this was in the spring of 1863. He has been Assessor some three years. He owns 135 acres 
in this county. His mother died in Ohio - his father, Morgan GIBLER, lives in Piatt Co, this State.
