Samuel H. HINE, farmer and stock-raiser; P. O. Spencer; was born in Chautauqua Co., N. Y., 
Feb. 19, 1825; came to this State in 1836, and settled in New Lenox, Will Co., where he now 
resides; his farm consists of 290 acres, valued at $17,000. He was married Jan. 1, 1867, to 
Miss Barbara LEISURE; they have had four children - Esther M., Ida E., Isaac H. and Mary 
Roseanna.
