Charles M. WILLARD, Wilmington; born in Friendship, Allegany Co., N. Y., Aug. 25, 1820, 
where he resided until 1859, then removing to Steuben Co., Ind.; while a resident of 
the State of New York, he followed teaching for many years; in March, 1869, he came 
to this State, locating at Wilmington, engaging as clerk in the drug store of E. W. 
WILLARD for several years. Mr. W. is a member of Will Lodge, No. 301, I. O. O. F.
